In Magnolia daycare we firmly believe that creativity is an integral part of programs to educate children. Fostering creativity from an early age not only contributes to the artistic development in children it also improves their perceptual, cognitive, communication and social skills.
Children in our kindergarten will have the opportunity to meet, learn and express themselves creatively with the different areas of art.
Through singing songs, independently and in a choir, playing instruments, movement with music and exploring sounds and melodies, kids will learn about themselves and their peers and learn to emotionally express themselves through music.
Drawing, sculpting, games with modeling clay or folding certain forms and figures, children will develop their ability to express what they see, think, imagine and feel.
Through dancing, children acquire the notion of the possibilities of their bodies through movement and music-making. In addition to these benefits, dancing improves body coordination, strength and develops social skills.
Drama and acting enables the child to exercise and expand its vocabulary and communication skills through acting, imitation, dialogue and recitations.
